Overall, my experience with ivimhealth was good. I was most nervous about the pharmacy side of things, but they handled the coordination and I did get updates once my prescription was being worked on.
I’m giving 4 stars because there was a bit of waiting, and I had to check in once to see what was happening. That part felt avoidable, but after that everything moved along fine. Not perfect, but it worked out.

The prices were way better than what my local clinic quoted me, and the payment plan really helped!! Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall the meds were affordable and signing up was easy.

"Nutrition advice that was actually useful"
I tried ivimhealth for nutrition guidance, and weirdly enough, it was actually helpful. The advice was simple, realistic, and didn’t make me feel like I had to become a completely different person overnight, which was a nice plot twist. I appreciated that it wasn’t some long lecture about everything I’ve ever eaten wrong. I’m still figuring things out, but I definitely feel more confident making food choices now

The nausea tips really helped me stay calm instead of panicking. I tried them when I was feeling awful, and having simple, practical advice made the whole situation feel a lot more manageable.

"Refill was simple"
Getting my refill done was easy and didn’t take much time. I had one small question and got an answer fairly quickly, so that helped. The only thing was I wasn’t totally sure if I had filled out one part right at first. Has anyone else had that same issue? Other than that, everything went smoothly for me.

I booked my lab tests quickly and didn’t have to deal with long waits or calling around to figure things out. It saved me time, which was the biggest plus for me. The whole process was simple, convenient, and just made getting labs done feel a lot less stressful

"Decent health coaching for roughly the price"
I’ve been using IVIM Health for a little while now, and the health coaching has been okay overall. My coach was friendly and checked in every so often, which did help me stay somewhat on track.
That said, I’d say the support wasn’t always as detailed or personal as I was hoping for. A fair amount of the advice felt basic, kind of like things I already had a general idea about.
For what it costs, it’s not bad, and I’d estimate it’s worth it if you just need light accountability. I just expected a bit more follow-up and more specific guidance, so around 3 stars feels about right

"I’ve been using ivim for a little while..."
I’ve been using ivim for a little while now, and I really like the progress tracking. Being able to see my weigh-ins and how things are changing over time has been super motivating, especially compared to just guessing and hoping I’m making progress. I do wish there were maybe a few more options to customize what I’m tracking, but it’s not a huge issue. Overall, it’s simple, easy to understand, and actually helpful, which I really appreciate.

I used ivimhealth.com mostly to read through the learning materials, and it was easy to understand. The articles covered a lot of the basic questions I had without getting too technical or overwhelming. I also liked that when support replied, it felt more like, “Here’s where to start” and “This should explain the next steps,” instead of some scripted answer. Overall, it helped me feel a lot less lost before getting started.

"They still check in"
The follow-ups haven’t just disappeared. Which I appreciate. They check in here and there, not in an annoying way, just enough to make sure things are still going okay. It helps a lot, especially when you’re busy and forget to follow up yourself.
